We deliver Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Charges

​Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Some items include free shipping. Where free shipping is offered, your order will be sent via standard Australia Post — not express.

Large, Bulky or Heavy Items

​

​For bulky or oversized items, shipping cannot be calculated at checkout. We’ll contact you after your order is placed to confirm the delivery cost. If you choose not to proceed, you are welcome to cancel your order for a full refund.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders (excluding make to order items) within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are shipped primarily via Australia Post, and tracking details will be provided.

​​Authority to Leave

​

You may choose to give ‘Authority to Leave’ at the time of checkout. This gives the delivery driver permission to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home. Please note: If you select this option, Inland Marine is not liable for any loss or damage after delivery. All responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered. You can include delivery instructions at checkout — for example: “leave at front door” or “dog is friendly”. We'll attach this note to your parcel.

Local Pick Up

We offer free local pickup from Rochester, Victoria — by appointment only. We'll contact you after your order is placed to arrange a suitable time.
