Delivery Information

We can deliver your order to virtually any address within Australia, we do not deliver internationally.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the size of your order. You can find the delivery estimate in the checkout, before placing your order.

Large, bulky or heavy items

Deliveries of large, bulky or heavy orders will be subject to delivery charges. We will contact you prior to dispatching with additional fees if applicable. You may elect to cancel your order and be refunded in full if you choose not to proceed.

Delivery Time


We attempt to dispatch all orders (excluding made to order items) within 24 hours of being received - excluding public holidays and weekends.


Orders are primarily sent via Australia Post. We provide tracking/consignment numbers where you can track the progress of your delivery.

What is Authority to Leave?

Some delivery services will allow you to give authority to leave. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order.


Inland Marine will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Inland Marine will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

The checkout page of our web site allows you to enter a message. Any special instructions or advice for the driver can be entered here and we will attach the message to the front of your package. Statements such as "dog is friendly", "leave at front door" are commonly used.

We offer free local pick ups from Rochester, Victoria by appointment only.
