Consumer Guarantees, Warranties & Refunds
The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.

Change of Mind Returns & Refunds
We do not offer a change of mind refund on Wakeboard Towers, Biminis and Perfect Pass systems.
We may offer a return on other products from our website, so long as it is unused, unopened, its packaging is in unmarked, undamaged condition and returned within 7 days of the date on the invoice.
You will need to contact us to discuss any possible change of mind returns and refunds.
If we agree to return or refund a product we will then provide you with instructions on how the product can be returned. Please use the original packaging where possible in order to avoid damage in transit. Once we have physically received the returned product and are satisfied the return conditions have been met, we will process the return, issue a refund in accordance with the refund method set out below and send you a return confirmation email.
All return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
Change of Mind Refund Methods
Refunds can only be remitted via the original method of payment.
Please allow up to five business days for your return to be processed.
