Consumer Guarantees, Warranties & Refunds

The Australian Consumer Law provides guaranteed rights when you purchase goods or services. Products must be free from defects and perform as expected. Services must be delivered with care and skill. These rights are called Consumer Guarantees and apply automatically.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product fails to be of acceptable quality but the issue is not a major failure, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement.

Consumer Guarantees do not have a fixed time limit but last for a reasonable period based on the product’s cost, quality, and use.

Change of Mind Returns & Refunds

We do not offer change of mind refunds on Wakeboard Towers, Biminis, or Perfect Pass systems.
​
We may accept returns for other products if they are unused, unopened, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of the invoice date.
​
Contact us first to discuss any potential return or refund. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Products must be returned in original packaging where possible to prevent damage in transit.
​
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to five business days for processing.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.​​
